– Preparing the Agreement
Based on our initial discussion, Valuation Aspects, LLC will prepare an agreement outlining the scope of the valuation or consulting assignment.
– Valuation Phase
During the valuation phase, we will gather and analyze the required industry, property, financial, operational and management data. We will interview and discuss with management the business
operations and outlook. For commercial real property assignments, we will set up property inspections. Valuation Aspects, LLC will help facilitate the gathering of data with your accounting
firm or staff and will coordinate follow-up meetings and discussions.
– Report Phase
Based on our agreement, we will provide a verbal and/or a written valuation report. Our valuation report will be provided in a manner that clearly explains the valuation process, research,
methodology, assumptions and conclusions. Our business valuation reports are prepared in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and the ASA Business Valuation
Standards. Our commercial real estate appraisal reports are prepared in compliance with USPAP and the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute.
